Employment Law Attorney (m/f/d)
We are looking for an experienced employment law attorney to strengthen our growing team. The focus is on dismissal protection proceedings and termination agreements—also for international clients. The position is home office-based, with the requirement of residence in Berlin or the surrounding area for regular court appointments on-site. The position can be performed full-time or part-time (from 30 hours per week).

You are a fully qualified lawyer with experience in employment law and want more than just case processing? You want to develop your own client base, improve processes, and contribute strategically? Then we look forward to your input and your energy.
Your Responsibilities
- Acquiring new clients through free initial consultations (online or by telephone)
- Comprehensive advice and support for ongoing client matters
- Conducting out-of-court settlement negotiations and attending court appointments—primarily in Berlin, partly nationwide (mostly online)
- Developing internal processes—particularly in the areas of digitalization and AI
- Creating professional content for social media (optional)
- Contributing to strategic firm development—with potential leadership responsibilities in the future
What You Bring
- Two passed state examinations
- Professional experience in employment law
- Fluent German and English (client communication sometimes exclusively in English)
- Independent working style, organizational skills, and digital affinity
- Enthusiasm for client acquisition and communication
